DAY 2 | Full Day Angkor Discovery
Meal: Breakfast, Lunch
Breakfast is at hotel. Our tour guide and driver will be meeting you at your hotel’s lobby at 8.00am then we’re heading out to visit the South Gate of Angkor Thom, was the last and most enduring capital city of the Khmer Empire. The gate is atop 4 giant smiling faces then particularly visit Bayon temple consisting of more than 200 smiling faces in stone and admired by interesting surroundings such as the terrace of elephants, the terrace of the leper King, Baphuon and Phimeanakas. Continue to reveal the intertwined Ta Prohm jungle temple adorned by the stunning tree roots, and where Lara Croft – Tomb Raider was filmed.
Enjoy Khmer set lunch at Anachak air conditioning restaurant.
Afternoon, we visit the magnificent Angkor Wat – the largest religious monument, also well-known as the 7th Wonder of the World’s. This incredible complex was originally constructed as a Hindu temple of god Vishnu for the Khmer Empire, gradually transforming into a Buddhist temple toward the end of the 12th century. We unlock the greatest history, observe the unique architecture, styles, decoration and so on. Resume visit beautiful sunset at Phnom Bakheng (limited allowance & touristy) or go to Pre Rup temple for sunset or skip it if you feel tire.

DAY 3 | Sunrise Angkor Wat, Bantreay Srei Temple & Grand Circuit
Meal: Breakfast, Lunch
Our guide and driver will be meeting you at 5.00am at the hotel’s lobby then we drive within Angkor jungle to Angkor Wat temple where we wait to watch the spectacular sunrise over Angkor Wat towers and capture its beautiful sunrise reflection at the lotus pond.
Continue driving to Preak Dak village to observe locals making vermicelli in traditional way and you’ll have chance to enjoy this famous Khmer vermicelli soup with your choices of fresh vegetables for breakfast. After having breakfast, we visit the serenity of Banteay Samre temple that was constructed in mid of 12th Century. Next, we journey out to explore the intricately carved, beautiful pink sandstone temple of Banteay Srei – considered to be a Jewel of Khmer art which features elaborate decorations and fine details. These factors have made the temple extremely popular with tourists, and have led to its being widely praised as a “precious gem”. On the way back, we have a short visit at palm sugar village and other various local handicrafts.
Enjoy Cambodian set lunch at one of our selected local restaurants.
Afternoon, we explore the Grand Circuit of Angkor Complex where there are still some main Angkorian temples to be discovered including Srah Srang (Royal Basin), Banteay Kdei, Ta Keo, Preah Khan (Royal Sword), Ta Som, Neak Pean (Coiled Serpents), East Mebon and other interesting temples if you feel want to see more (or skip a few temples if you’re tired).

DAY 4 | Kompong Phluk with Mangrove & Beng Mealea Jungle Temple
Meal: Breakfast, Lunch
Breakfast is at hotel. We set off at 8.00am then we set off to Kompong Phluk village – is a small village located at the edge of Tonle Sap Lake, about 25km from central Siem Reap. We will stop for guided walking at Rolous market with interesting highlights of local trades before arriving at boat pier then we embark a private sheltered boat, enjoy sightseeing along the canal before the excursion reaches the stilt houses. The boat goes through/pass stilt houses featuring daily life with the highlight of fishing activities etc. Witness how life works, see the locals doing trades/exchange products. We continue by canoe (no cover) to explore the tranquil mangroves around 45mins and we may see the waterbirds.
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
Afternoon, drive to Beng Mealea, on the way, we taste a few bites of bamboo sticky rice – Cambodian traditional famous snack and observe incense making (seasonal). We walk within the lush jungle to explore the lost temple “Beng Mealea”. Since the temple was constructed during the reign of king Suryavarman II in the early 12th century until then it’s never been restored again. It provides wonderful adventure which you’re going to climb over/down the ruined rocks, walking into the gallery to unlock the carvings and its interesting history of the Hindu temple related Angkor time. We then tranquilly capture picturesque photos before heading back to hotel.

DAY 5 | Wildlife Sanctuary & Phnom Kulen Waterfall
Meal: Breakfast
Breakfast is at hotel. We set off at 7.40am, beyond Angkor complex to observe wildlife at Angkor Conservation Center Biodiversity (ACCB) at the foot of Kbal Spean hill. It’s where you have a guided tour around the center to discover endangered wildlife. Next, we head to Phnom Kulen; one of Cambodia’s national parks that provides wonderful holiday and a great place to cool off. Phnom Kulen used to be the ancient capital city in 802AD – after King Jayavarman II was initiated as the royal “God of the King”. Enjoy the guided walking tour to visit Preah Ang Thom – the reclining giant Buddha statue. Continue to witness historical site of 1000 linga carvings under the riverbed, you also have a chance to see the sacred pool where the white clear water coming out of the ground all year round. Resume the walking or by car to the beautiful waterfall where we can refresh, bathe and go swimming under the waterfall for the rest of your free afternoon before returning hotel.

DAY 6 | Siem Reap - Free Time & Departure
Meal: Breakfast
Breakfast is at hotel. Simply have the rest of your free time in Siem Reap before our driver (no guide) transfers directly to airport for flight back home.
